Application deadlines

  1. For admission with an Erasmus Mundus scholarship : 31st of January 2019 (mid-night CET).
  2. For admission without an Erasmus Mundus scholarship (self-funded students): 30th of April 2019 (mid-night CET).

Scholarship offer: see on http://www.em3e-4sw.eu/em3e/scholarships. Please remember that the number of Erasmus Mundus scholarships is limited, we encourage you to look for other financing sources.

Instructions

In order to access and complete your electronic application form, please follow the steps below:

  1. Create an account.
  2. Sign in with the username and password you will receive via email (please check your spam in case you cannot find the confirmation email).
  3. Complete all the pages of the application form (the fields marked with a red start cannot be left empty).
  4. Upload the necessary attachments. PDF format is strongly recommended.
  5. Note that you may save every completed page independently and work on the application form at different times.
  6. Once your application is completed, don't forget to submit it. Note that you will not be able to change your data after final submission.
  7. After submission, make sure that you have received an acknowledgement by e-mail confirming that your application has been submitted.
  8. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.

 

Note: Do not wait until the last minute to submit your proposal. Failure of your proposal to arrive in time for any reason, including communication delays or a bad internet connexion, is not acceptable as an extenuating circumstance. The time of receipt of your proposal as recorded by the application tool will be definitive.

If you are offered a scholarship or is accepted on a self-paying basis, your data may be used for the purposes of evaluating the programmes, efficiently manage the projects, and producing statistics. Data could be made available to the EACEA, the European Commission, the European External Action Service staff, as well as to other stakeholders of the Erasmus+ programme, such as Erasmus+ National Agencies, National Erasmus+ Offices and the Erasmus Mundus Student and Alumni Association.
